COOKING INSTRUCTIONS


MICROWAVE: FROZEN

1. Obtain Lasagna tray and pierce film several times for venting.
2. Place the frozen Lasagna tray in the center of the microwave
and cook on high power for 11 - 12 minutes or until the internal
temperature of the product reaches > 165F. Results based on
an 1100w microwave.
3. Remove Lasagna from the microwave and let stand for 3 min.
4. Remove the protective film, serve and enjoy!



CONVENTIONAL OVEN: FROZEN (MICRO/OVEN)

1. Obtain Lasagna tray and pierce film several times for venting.
2. Place the frozen Lasagna tray in the center of the microwave and
cook on high power for 8 min.
3. Remove Lasagna tray from the microwave and carefully peel away
the protective film and place directly in a pre-heated oven at 375F
for an additional 18 - 20 min.
5. Remove Lasagna from the oven and let stand for 3 min.
6. Serve and enjoy!

 


CONVECTION OVEN: FROZEN

1. Pre-heat oven at 375F.
2. Obtain Lasagna tray and pierce film several times for venting.
3. Place the frozen Lasagna tray in the center of the oven and cook
for 55 - 56 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches > 165F.
4. Remove Lasagna from the oven and let stand for 3 minutes.
5. Remove the protective film, serve and enjoy!

*Alternate cooking method: For a crispier topping, remove protective
film after 45 min and cook an additional 10 - 11 minutes uncovered.
